Rudolf MenneIn January 2006, Professor Rudi Menne was appointed Chief Technical Officer, Ford Europe. In this role, he leads the Ford Research Centre Aachen as well as all Research & Advanced Engineering activities of Ford in Europe. Previously, Menne was Director of Powertrain Engineering for Ford of Europe. Since he joined Ford Motor Company in 1982, Menne has held various positions in Manufacturing and Product Development in Europe and the US. Menne is familiar with Aachen from his university years. In 1975, he received his degree in mechanical engineering and his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Applied Thermodynamics in 1980, both at the Technical University of Aachen. As a result of his long-time teaching activity, Menne became an honorary professor at the Technical University in 1999. In 2003, he was conferred the honorary doctorate by the Technical University Karlsruhe. One year later, he was appointed honorary professor at the University of Budapest. Role for NADIA |

Horst SchulteDr. Horst Schulte is Chief Engineer Powertrain Research & Advanced Engineering for Ford Motor Company Europe. Between 1999 and 2005, he was responsible for Diesel Research and Advanced Engineering for Ford. Previously, Schulte served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer at FEV Engine Technology, Auburn Hills, Michigan, U.S.A.Dr. Schulte received his degree in mechanical engineering in 1976 from the University of Aachen in Germany, where he gained his Ph.D. in 1981. In 2004, he was conferred the honorary doctorate by the Bath University. Role for NADIA |

Ulrich WeissDr. Ulrich Weiss is Technical Expert "Advanced Materials CAE" for Ford Research and Advanced Engineering. Previously he was responsible for Engine Structural CAE for DaimlerChrysler, Stuttgart. Dr. Weiss received his degree in mechanical engineering in 1982 from the University of Hanover, Germany, where he gained his PhD in 1987. Role for NADIA |
